Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the event of a damaged or incorrect item reported within 72 hours of delivery. To request review, please email SweetReliefHoneyLLC@gmail.com with your order number, supporting photos, and a brief description of the issue. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any resolution is offered at our sole discretion.


Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If subscription services are offered, subscriptions may be canceled through your account dashboard or by emailing SweetReliefHoneyLLC@gmail.com.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled billing or shipment.

Initial orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed. Subscriptions may only be canceled after the first recurring charge.
